Subscription Plans

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] NEI Invest Suite offers four subscription tiers: Free ($0), Essentials ($29/mo), Growth ($99/mo), and Pro ($299/mo). An optional REST API add-on is available for $49/mo on Growth and Pro plans.

Trade Fees

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Essentials: 0.25% per trade. Growth and Pro: 0.20% per trade. Free tier has no trading capability. Trade fees are applied to executed trade value.

Exchange Fees

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Third-party exchange fees (maker/taker fees, withdrawal fees) are charged directly by the exchange and are separate from NEI Invest Suite fees.

Billing Cycle

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Plans are billed monthly. No annual contracts. Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the billing period.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months.
